Terms and conditions

1. Full Payment by the customer (herein called the client) must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.(unless otherwise agreed).
2.If additional performance time is required, the fee must be agreed beforehand with ADM Events, and paid to the presenter at that time.All other methods of payment will be by mutual agreement and the availability of the presenter for overtime cannot be guaranteed.
3. All Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid no later than 2 weeks of the date of booking contract(unless otherwise agreed).
4. Any Changes to this contract must be made by Mutual Consent.
5.ADM reserves the right to substitute a similar artiste in the event of the original artiste being unable to appear for any reason.
6.The client will allow suitable time for the installation and dismantling, and removal of equipment (45mins for setup and 30mins for dismantling).The client also ensures that safe and adequate power is available. The artiste ensures that any equipment that requires connection to a power source is electrically safe and conforms to the HSE EAW Act 1989, and any amendments thereafter.
7.If the performance start time is delayed due to the inability of the artiste to gain access to the performance area, or any other delay beyond ADMs control, ADM Events will not be liable for any refund whatsoever.
8.The artiste and their assistants will conduct themselves in a proper manner throughout their attendance at the venue, and will respond to the clients requests as to volume, situating of equipment and, or any other reasonable requests.
9. The client will provide adequate supervision of its guests, including children, at the venue, and will be liable for any loss of or damage to the equipment or personnel belongings, caused by guests attending the function.
10. If the event is cancelled by the client within 28 days of the function for whatever reason a cancellation Fee of (£80)will be Due to ADM.
